Could you provide an update on Suraksha Group’s progress with its major Greenfield township developments in Vasai, including the current status, timeline, and completion targets? Suraksha Smart City located in the heart of Vasai, has been one of the largest townships in the area and aims to revolutionise the perception of Vasai as a region. Suraksha Smart City is one of the largest Greenfield project in Mumbai’s suburban region, which will be providing smartly designed living spaces and top-notch amenities to around 76000 aspirational families. The development will progress in phases, with Phase 1 scheduled for delivery in the year of 2025. What unique features or amenities can prospective buyers expect from Suraksha Group’s township developments in Vasai? How does Suraksha Group prioritize sustainability in its real estate developments, particularly in the context of Greenfield township projects? At Suraksha Smart City, our vision is to deliver a comprehensive experience to our customers. Aligned with our commitment the township incorporates state-of-the-art precast technology, boasting one of Asia’s largest precast factories. Are there any challenges encountered during the development of these township projects, and how has Suraksha Group addressed them? Given the scale of the Suraksha Smart City project, numerous challenges arise. Managing the high volume of customers, particularly in a mass housing project, presents a significant challenge. Additionally, effectively coordinating the labour force is challenging due to the project’s extensive size and the numerous deliveries required. Given the project’s scale and complexity, maintaining focused efforts has become imperative. This requires the integration of modern technology with skilled labour and effective management to ensure smooth and timely execution. As we progress, we anticipate further challenges that we will address through technological solutions. Could you provide an overview of Suraksha Group’s sales performance in recent quarters and any trends observed in buyer preferences or market demand? Suraksha Smart City has been recognized as the Top Developer and the Top Project in Mumbai by number of transactions in the year 2023 with 2014 registration. Additionally, it has been recognised as a Top Project in the Vasai-Virar Region by value of unit sold totalling 2500 over the past five quarters.
