RBI Grade B Eligibility 2024 – Age Limit & Relaxation

As per the RBI Grade B eligibility 2024, the age limit mandated by RBI is as follows:

  • The minimum age limit – 21 years,
  • The maximum age limit – 30 years.

As of 01st May 2024, you must have been born not earlier than 02nd May 1994 and not later than 01st May 2024.

However, under special circumstances or in cases where the candidates belong to certain reserved categories, RBI does grant provisions to take the exam even after the age of 30 years.

RBI Relaxation Based on Work Experience

  • Apart from this, you are also given a relaxation if you had prior working experience as an officer in Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution/RBI in the Public Sector with an upper cap of 3 years.
  • However, that does not mean a candidate with 10 years of working experience in a bank will be granted with 10 years of relaxation.
